Most grooming sessions take 2–4 hours depending on your pet's size, coat type, and the service selected. We'll give you an estimated time when you book. We also offer same-day express grooming for an additional fee.

For the safety of all pets, we require up-to-date vaccination records for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough). Cats also need Feline Leukemia (FeLV). Please bring records on your first visit.

Absolutely! We actually encourage it. Keeping your pet on their regular diet avoids digestive upset, and familiar smells help them feel more comfortable. Just label everything clearly and we'll take great care of their belongings.

Yes! We offer full grooming services for cats including baths, blow-dry, lion cuts, nail trims, and ear cleaning. Our cat groomer is specially trained and we use gentle, cat-friendly techniques. Cat grooming is typically done in a quieter, separate area.

We love all pets, including those with anxiety, special needs, or medical conditions. Please let us know when booking so we can prepare and accommodate. We use calming techniques and give anxious pets extra time and patience.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full service fee. Hotel/boarding cancellations require 48 hours notice for full refunds.
